Depending on the purpose, the legal basis for processing is:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent of the data subject (registration form),
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (ticket purchase, event registration),
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation,
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests of the controller (defense against claims, website security).
3. What Data We Collect and Why
3.1 Registration Form
Through the event registration form, we collect:
- first and last name,
- email address or phone number,
- other data voluntarily provided in the form.
This data is processed solely for the purpose of organizing the event and managing participants. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by submitting the form. Data is stored for the period necessary to carry out the event, no longer than 2 years from the last contact.
3.2 Technical Data
The hosting server (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) automatically records standard technical data sent by the browser: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, requested URL, date and time of access. This data is not processed by the controller for personal identification purposes; it serves solely to ensure the stability and security of the website. 4. Cookies
This website uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device by the web browser. We use two types of cookies:
4.1 Essential Cookies
Session cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website. They do not require user consent.

5.1 Google Fonts (Bunny Fonts CDN)
The website loads fonts via Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia), a GDPR-compliant alternative CDN for Google Fonts. Each time the website is loaded, the user's browser connects to Bunny Fonts servers. Bunny Fonts' privacy policy is available at bunny.net/privacy.
5.2 Google Analytics

5.3 Social Media

- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — in particular to processing based on legitimate interest,
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Data Security
The controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect processed personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. The website is accessible only via an encrypted HTTPS connection.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The controller reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. Users will be informed of any significant changes by publishing an updated version of the document on the website with a new update date.
